Bridget Firtle left a cush finance job to found her distillery, The Noble Experiment. And after months of research and experimentation, she began bottling their first product, Owney’s rum. On a snowy day in Brooklyn, she chatted with us on the science behind their rum and how the real work begins once it comes off the still.
