2 ounces Owney’s Rum
1 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice
0.75 ounces simple syrup
Add ingredients into shaker.
Shake vigorously with ice.
Double strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Sip slow, or knock it right back, depending on the day.
