The Independence Day of Creative Director AnneStine’s native Norway has long since passed (May 17, or syttende mai). But, it turns out Norwegians have a fondness for serving up sausages for celebrations just as we do stateside. Who can blame them, especially when you can serve them with an unlimited amount of toppings?Here, we break apart three sausages and let their fix-ins shine. Don’t forget to wash them all down with your favorite craft beer.
