Del Posto, the Italian fine dining powerhouse restaurant in New York City, has found such a leader in Executive Chef Mark Ladner. He has unwavering trust in what he knows, and it shows in his work at Del Posto. On a chilly but sunny day just weeks before spring, Ladner schooled us in the deceptively simple art of sauce-making and gave an update on his quick service, gluten-free project, Pasta Flyer.
