Strawberry Bearcat

Cocktail by John Ploeser of Featherweight in Brooklyn, New York

You’ll need:
2 oz gin
3/4 oz orgeat
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
muddled fresh strawberries
4 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters

In a glass prepare bottom with a few muddled strawberries. Add crushed ice. In a cocktail shaker add gin, orgeat, lemon juice, and bitters. Shake with ice cubes. Strain, and serve over muddled Strawberries and crushed ice. Cheers.
